The Yoga Room is fully equipped with mats, blankets, bolsters, blocks and straps. Yoga Room instructors are highly skilled and certified with classes that suit beginners and advanced students.
This prenatal yoga class is for women at all stages of pregnancy. The class will focus on gentle stretches, guided breath work and relaxation techniques. Learn to adjust to the physical changes to your body and manage discomforts. Prenatal yoga classes can enhance your ability to relax and enjoy your pregnancy with other women.
